Prenatal inspection
Inspectors conduct random sampling to inspect the raw materials, initially processed products, and components produced to ensure the correctness of the products, samples, and production methods. The routine pre production inspection items include: raw materials, spare parts, semi-finished products, production equipment status and capacity, production technology, and QA personnel allocation
Inspection during production process
Inspectors inspect semi-finished products or newly finished products on the production line, check for errors and deviations, report to the factory, and propose effective methods to correct errors and deviations.
Product Sampling Inspection (FRI)/Pre Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Inspectors conduct (AQL) sampling in accordance with universal standards such as ANSI/ASQZ1.4 (ISO2859-1) when all goods have been produced, with at least 80% of them packaged and ready for shipment. They inspect the quantity, process, function, size specifications, and packaging details of the goods to ensure the quality and safety of the entire production process from product design to shipment.
For special or high-value products, the service content involves the classification of high-quality and defective products. Separate defective products from the batch and return them for improvement or destruction.
Production monitoring (on-site inspection)
The inspector is stationed in the supplier's factory as a customer QA, providing training to the factory and conveying the customer's quality requirements to the factory. The inspector will irregularly inspect the goods on the production line during daily work and send them to the customer in the form of daily reports based on the quality tracking records recorded every day. When encountering quality issues, promptly negotiate with the factory to assist in improving and resolving the problem.
Supervise loading/unloading
After sampling inspection before product shipment, inspectors assist the manufacturer in confirming whether the packaging used meets the required cleanliness and packaging conditions at the factory base, warehouse, or during the packaging and transportation process, and ensure the delivery quantity of goods and the safety of the shipping process. At the same time, photos are taken and recorded. Unloading supervision includes conducting a similar inspection of container integrity according to the inspection checklist or invoice to avoid disputes and ensure that the product arrives in the same state as when shipped.
