1. Shiding Testing (CCL) and its branches and subsidiaries shall strictly abide by the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations, follow the principles of objectivity, independence, fairness and honesty, and provide fair, scientific, accurate and efficient testing services to the society;

2. Hold a scientific, fair and just attitude towards all entrusting parties, and ensure the impartial position of third-party inspection and testing institutions;

3. Guarantee to carry out various testing business within the prescribed qualification scope, be responsible for the inspection and testing report issued by them, bear corresponding responsibilities according to law, and do not make false publicity;

4. It shall not falsify or fabricate test reports, shall be independent of the relevant parties involved in the issuance of test data and results, and shall not be interfered by any commercial, financial, administrative or other factors that may affect its technical impartiality;

5. Do not participate in the product design, development, production, supply, installation, use or maintenance activities, technical consultation, promotion and operation related to the test project or similar competitive project, and do not participate in any activities that impair the independence and integrity of the test judgment;

6. It is not allowed to transfer, forge, alter, lease or falsely use the certificate and mark of qualification recognition and recognition. It is not allowed to use the certificate and mark of qualification recognition and recognition that has become invalid, revoked or cancelled, and it is not allowed to forge or alter the seal of inspection and testing institution;

7. Personnel employed in two or more inspection and testing institutions at the same time shall not be employed;

9. Risks affecting impartiality shall be continuously identified, risk analysis shall be carried out, and corresponding management measures shall be implemented to ensure the elimination or maximum reduction of risks;

10. Sincerely accept supervision and complaints from the government, consumers and society.
