Prohibit breathing patches

This compliance requirement update applies to respiratory patches. Breathing tape is a type of porous or non porous 

tape that is usually applied to the upper and lower lips, making it difficult for people to easily open their mouths during 

sleep. At present, the respiratory patches sold on the market are mainly used to solve sleep problems or sleep disorders, 

or to regulate airflow through the nose, thereby solving abnormal problems during sleep.

Amazon must ensure that the product categories found by buyers on Amazon Mall are sufficient, safe, reliable, and comply

 with relevant regulatory requirements. Therefore, for safety reasons, Amazon will prohibit the sale of breathing pads from

 August 4, 2023.

Night light

This compliance requirement update applies to night lights. Night light is a small low-power electric light source used to provide 

comfort or convenience in dim indoor areas at night. The night lights applicable to this policy are limited to direct plug-in night 

lights used indoors in non hazardous areas, with an input power of no more than 10 watts.

Amazon requires all night lights to be tested and comply with the following regulations, standards, and requirements, and meet

 any of the following:

CSA C22.2 NO.256:14

Children's folding and non folding chairs and stools

This compliance requirement update applies to children's folding and non folding chairs and stools. This type of product can

 be folded up for transportation or storage. A children's chair is a seat furniture with a rigid frame, used to support a child's body, 

limbs, or feet, enabling them to sit or rest in a sitting or reclining position. A children's bench is a child's chair without a backrest 

or armrests. The definition of a stool includes cushions.

The seat height of children's folding chairs and stools should not exceed 15 inches, and may or may not be equipped with a swing

 base. Children can sit on or off without assistance.

This standard does not apply to seats or child seats with protective belt systems.

Amazon requires all other children's folding chairs and stools to be tested and comply with the following regulations, standards, and 

requirements, and meet any of the following:

ASTM F2613-21 (Children's Folding Chair and Stool)

SOR/2016-188 (Phthalate)

SOR/2016-193 (surface coating)

SOR/2018-83 (Lead)

Product Details and Standard Report

1. The product code or model displayed on the product details page of all children's mattresses

2. Product manual and manual for children's mattresses

3. Display product labels, relevant safety information, compliance markings, danger warnings, and pictures of all sides of the 

product packaging

4. A testing report issued by a laboratory accredited by ISO17025, proving that the product meets the above regulations, standards, 

and requirements. (Note: The inspection report must include pictures of the product to prove that the inspected product is the same 

as the product published on the product details page)

Children's folding and non folding

Chairs and stools

Your product details must include the following information:

1. Model, part number, or product number

2. Name of manufacturer or private brand holder (distributor)

3. The age grading listed on the product details page must be consistent with the age grading listed in the testing report

You must submit the following documents:

1. Product manual and manual

2. A testing report issued by a laboratory accredited by ISO17025, proving that the product meets the above regulations, 

standards, and requirements. (Note: The inspection report must include pictures of the product to prove that the inspected

product is the same as the product published on the product details page)

3. All products must provide bilingual (English and French) safety warnings and instructions

You must submit clear and recognizable product images that include:

1. Product labels, relevant safety information, compliance markings, hazard warnings, and all aspects of the product
